Slumber Party Massacre 3

I rented this movie because I thought the first was okay and I heard the third wasn't bad. I was told to avoid the second, so I did. This film was made in the early 90s yet the people in it looked like they were trapped in the 80s. It starts off basically the same as the previous Slumber Party films, where a group of girls decide to hold a slumber party and eventually a bunch of dumbass guys show up and have sex with them. They tried to make this one have more of a plot to it, which would have been good if they tried harder with it. It was pretty predictable when they revealed the killer and the acting was crappy in some parts. I tell ya, the girls in this film are so F’n stupid -- they knock the killer out with a vase and he's lying on the floor, so instead of killing him, they decide to try to get out of the house through the window.

Now that's a bit understandable trying to get away and all, but you'd think they learned their lesson when they tryed to get out the previous 3 times. So they go to the basement and try to get out of the window down there. The killer follows them and he yet again, gets knocked out by a vase. Now that's the second time he got hit by a damn vase. He's knocked out and they could easily go out the window, but nooooooo, they decide "Hey lets go upstairs and try to get out the window." What the hell? The doors are bolted shut so no chance of gettin’ out through there.

OVERALL

So basically, this film sucks. I gave it a 2 instead of a flat out 1, was because it was funny as hell watching the girls go from one window to the other. Rent it if you like the series, but don't expect much.
