Not much needs to be said about this horrible movie and waste of a sequel. The entire first half of this film is literally just flashbacks from the previous movie. It starts off with the younger brother all grown up telling his life story to a psychiatrist. That's when all the pointless flashbacks begin. Like I said before, more than half of this film is just flashbacks, going over most of the previous pic, with some additional scenes of the kid a little older.
Typical for the 80's, there are a lot of plot holes and bad acting presented here. If anything, there's one redeeming quality the movie offers and that's when the brother finally turns psycho and goes on a shooting rampage on a neighborhood street, killing many innocent people. I thought that was quite entertaining. The whole film is basically just the brother talking to the psychiatrist. It doesn't really pick up until the last 15 or so minutes.
A dumb sequel. It has nothing but flashbacks from the first film and a lot of bad acting. Don't waste your time with this mess.
