The Coffee Table (2022)

REVIEWER RATING:
9/10

My first recommendation before watching The Coffee Table would be, do not read up on it. Don’t read the synopsis, reviews (well, except for mine! LOL), plot details, etc. Knowing this Spanish movie involves a coffee table is the only tool you will need for a blind watch.

Realm of Shadows (2024)

REVIEWER RATING:
3/10

Realm of Shadows is a collection of mini-tales that merges for a given purpose…to locate a mystical sword for power and control. Realm of Shadows is also the reason that I plan on taking a break from horror anthologies. Where and what is the commonality?

Arena Wars (2024)

REVIEWER RATING:
9/10

Madsen and Roberts and Wells…oh my! Arena Wars sucked me in right away with this phenomenal cast (let’s not forget the colorful Sheri Davis, Robert LaSardo, Kevin Hager, Robert Donavan and BJ Mezek!) and the immediate action-packed opening, set in “The Big Fucking City, 2045”.

Porcelain (2024)

REVIEWER RATING:
9/10

Another crazy killer doll flick, huh?
Not quite.
Not at all.

Midnight Peepshow (2022)

REVIEWER RATING:
7/10

As many know, I am not hyped up by horror anthologies, so I approached Midnight Peepshow without much hope for a decent plot, let alone enough violence to keep me entertained. However, a pleasant surprise came about during story #2: “Fuck, Marry, Kill”.
