Onlyfangs (2025)

REVIEWER RATING:
4/10

My preconceived notion based on the title and brief synopsis:

This Week's Notable Horror: 11/17 - 11/23

The new releases are continuing to slow down as we inch closer to the holidays. Tomorrow sees the VOD release of the found footage flick DREAM EATER and SHELBY OAKS is also reportedly set to come out tomorrow on VOD. It was mistakenly reported to come out last week. Check below for everything notable releasing this week.

Aladdin (2026)

REVIEWER RATING:
7/10

It is always intriguing to explore new dimensions of beloved cartoon heroes such as Mickey Mouse, Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, and even Popeye the Sailor Man.

Minnie's Midnight Massacre (2025)

REVIEWER RATING:
7/10

Another horror film rendition based on a nostalgic childhood character (this time, it’s Minnie Mouse) and what can I say? I’m hooked on these whimsical and twisted versions of our beloved little heroes.

Night Carnage (2025)

REVIEWER RATING:
6/10

Another screening night…another vampire film.
But one guarantee I’ve noticed when watching movies featuring Mike Ferguson – he never disappoints!

This Week's Notable Horror: 11/10 - 11/16

We've entered another fairly slow week of releases with only half-a-dozen titles to check out. The most notable among the lot are QUEENS OF THE DEAD from Tina Romero and SHELBY OAKS, both of which reportedly hit VOD tomorrow.

Devour (2025)

REVIEWER RATING:
4/10

Devour begins during the atrocities of the Civil War when we witness a weathered yet rugged soldier, Jerry, sharing his insatiable bloodthirst through his immortality amongst the surviving troops. Although this plays no foreshadowing memory in the next segment of the film, it was a solid start.

This Week's Notable Horror: 11/03 - 11/09

This first week of November is offering another decent amount of new releases to catch. One of the more notable titles is BLACK PHONE 2, as it lands on PVOD tomorrow. Meanwhile, Friday offers Guillermo del Toro's FRANKENSTEIN on Netflix and PREDATOR: BADLANDS in theaters. Check below for everything notable coming this week.

The Cellar (2024)

REVIEWER RATING:
7/10

A young woman named Abigail (wonderfully portrayed by Meghan Adara), arrives late to her church group’s therapy session where a circle of folks struggling with issues from loss to addiction, share their stories of hitting rock bottom and seeking the help they’ve desired for ions.

This Week's Notable Horror: 10/27 - 11/02

After a few packed weeks of new releases things are finally slowing down in this final week of October. Specifically, if you missed it in theaters HELL HOUSE LLC: LINEAGE finds its way to Shudder this Thursday, while Friday offers a majority of the new releases. In fact, if you're in a theatrical mood, AMC theaters are offering viewers a chance to catch two movies for the price of one ticket this Halloween.
