This Week's Notable Horror: 09/01 - 09/07

It's now the first week of September and we've sadly hit a slump in terms of new releases. Aside from a few indie flicks landing on demand, not much is coming out this week. My guess is there aren't many movies willing to compete with THE CONJURING: LAST RITES, which opens in theaters this Friday. Check below for everything notable releasing soon.

This Week's Notable Horror: 08/25 - 08/31

We've got several interesting notable releases this week, especially for fans who might've missed'em in theaters. Specifically, THE HOME starring Pete Davidson lands on VOD tomorrow. Also reportedly releasing tomorrow is the new I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER movie and the body horror flick TOGETHER starring Dave Franco and Alison Brie. Both of which will debut on PVOD.

In 2010, director Srdjan Spasojevic and writer Aleksandar Radivojevic released their first movie, A Serbian Film. Neither had any idea whatsoever at the time, the amount of controversy and outrage that this would provoke including an almost global ban on the product.

We've got another decent week of new releases with more than a handful of flicks to watch. Namely, the found footage movie HOUSE ON EDEN lands on VOD tomorrow (after a short theatrical run) and Wednesday sees the limited theatrical release of HELL HOUSE LLC: LINEAGE.
